Registration for NETCamp 2025 is now CLOSED.  We hope to see you there!

NETCamp 2025 will be held Note: If your schedule doesn't allow you participate from Friday evening through Sunday morning, the registration process lets you choose the parts of NETCamp that work for you.
Registration will close at 11:59 pm on Monday, September 1, 2025.  If you have not chosen all your classes yet, please do soon. If you no longer expect to attend, please email [email protected] so we can free up spots in classes for others.  
There are five quick registration steps!
  • Select Activities and Classes through Opportunities list in My Impact Page (MIP)
  • Select Lodging through Opportunities list in MIP
  • Opt IN or OUT of the Meal Plan through My Profile in MIP
  • Indicate optional Car Pool participation through My Profile in MIP
  • Make payment through Give Lively
Please read the following instructions and then scroll down to start the process using one of the orange buttons to
use MIP to start the process.  Once you are registered, use the Payment button to complete the process.
  • If you are a NET or a CERT member who has already created a PBEM My Impact Page account for previous trainings, use the regular PBEM use the button for those with NET accounts.
  • If you are a CERT who has never registered for a NET training, please use the button for other CERT members. We will notify you when your account is approved to continue from the registration process.
  • View the Opportunities List
    • Go to Opportunities List > NET Camp 2025 and NET Camp 2025 Lodging
  • Selecting Activities/Classes
    • 1) Activity - Friday Welcome & Team Building - Please select this Activity if you will be at Camp on Friday.
    • 2) Saturday Class Enrollment:
      • Get the big picture by viewing NETCamp 2025 Saturday Class Schedule
      • Select one class for each session.
      • If you are not available for a Session, select "Unable to attend a class this session"
      • Instructors do not enroll in your own class.  Select "Unable to attend a class this session"
      • Take your time in selecting... If you decide to drop or switch a class before the registration deadline, go to Schedule > Remove. You will not be able to change classes on site at NET Camp.
    • 3) Sunday Deployment Exercise - Please select the Activity if you plan to participate in the Exercise on Sunday morning. If you do not select this Activity, we will not plan for your participation, and you may be left out.
  • Selecting Lodging - This is when you will be at the camp itself. There is a Lodging Activity for each of the accommodation options, which you can read about here. 
    • It is imperative that you select each night of your planned stay: Friday night-Saturday morning, and/or Saturday morning-Sunday morning. 
    • If you will not stay overnight either day, please select “NO LODGING REQUIRED.”
  • Opt IN or OUT of the Meal Plan - Cost is $40 for (3) meals Saturday, (1) Breakfast Sunday, and (1) Grab & Go snack lunch on Sunday. You can read about it here.
    • Go to the My Profile > Qualifications.
    • Scroll to the bottom, “NET Camp Meal Plan” 
    • Select either “Opt OUT: I will not pay for the optional meal plan” or indicate your dietary preference to purchase your meal(s).
    • Hit Save.
  • Car Pool Needs - Will you need a ride? Or, can you provide one? We try to pair folks up by neighborhood.
    • Also in My Profile > Qualifications, scroll to the bottom of the Qualifications list, and find “NET Camp Carpool (optional)”
    • Select either “I need a ride,” or “Can provide a ride.” 
    • Hit Save.
  • Payment -– Finally, make your full payments using the payment button below. All payments, or Fee Waiver requests (described below), must be received prior to the start of NET Camp. 
    • Pricing 
      • $15 for any single day (Friday, or Saturday, or Sunday)
      • $20 for any two of those days (Friday - Saturday, or Saturday - Sunday)
      • $25 for the whole weekend (Friday - Sunday)
      • Meal Plan pricing is $40 for the whole weekend. There is no option for single days because we order and cook in bulk. 
    • Credit card payment is preferred, but if you need to pay by check, please make check payable to Friends of Portland NET, with “NET Camp,” or “NET Camp & Meal Plan” in the memo line, and your full name if you are not the account holder listed.

    • We are committed to removing financial barriers to attendance and participation.
      • Fee Waivers for both/either Registration and Meal Plans are available on the honor system. Simply email [email protected] to request. No financial documentation is required, and all requests are strictly confidential.
NETCamp is an advanced training event for NETs of all levels of experience! Did you just graduate from Basic NET Training? Excellent! Come meet your colleagues! Have you been a NET for eons? Fantastic! Come refresh those rusty skills or hone your knowledge in your focus area!

Come meet NETs (and CERTs) from all over Portland (and Oregon), practice some old skills and learn some new ones, make new friends and reconnect with old ones, and come remember why you became a NET in the first place!
