You have options for eating at NETCamp!
NETCamp Meal Option
We plan to offer a meal option at NETCamp again this year!
We are still working on the meal plan, and we'll post here as we have more to share. Right now it looks like the plan will include Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday breakfast, and a grab-and-go snack Sunday after the exercise. The meal plan fee has not yet been determined but it may be around $60.
If you choose the meal option, please remember to bring a sack dinner for Friday night! We don't have access to camp with enough time to set up the kitchen for a hot Friday meal, and folks also trickle in over the course of several hours that night, both of which make coordinating a group dinner difficult.
This aspect of camp is being planned and coordinated by one NET volunteer, so we have to keep things simple! So while we are able to provide for most dietary restrictions, we aren't able to have attendees choose to buy meals individually. The plan is all or none. Thank you for understanding!

Bring Your Own!
You may, of course, bring your own food to NETCamp!
Given that there's not a lot of space prepare and store food at camp, we strongly suggest you bring already prepared or simple foods that require little or no refrigeration. Great options include meal bars, trail mix, fruits and vegetables, prepared sandwiches and wraps, etc. You can find some really fun recipes and ideas just by searching the internet!
There is plenty of space for coolers, so please consider bringing and storing your cold foods that way, if you can!
Here's what there is and what there isn't as you plan.

What there is:
- We have two small kitchens, one in Pavy's across the meadow from the Lodge, and one in Rafters, a small hike up the road from the Lodge.
- Both kitchens have a stove, sink, a little counter space, and a fridge.
- Depending on the status of fire bans, you may be able to cook at a group campfire area or bring and use a camp stoves.
What there's not:
- The Lodge kitchen will not be available to campers this year, as it will be dedicated to preparing meals for those purchasing the meal option.
- While the kitchens in Pavy's and Rafters may have some limited cooking supplies and kitchenware, you'll want to bring along a good mess kit; or the pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, and kitchen knife - the things you need to prepare, heat, and eat your food.
- Someone to wash dishes - please be prepared to wash the dishes you use and tidy up the kitchen for the next person.
